What is Grappa?
Our Grappa is made by distilling a blend of grape seeds, stalks, and stems also known as pomace, which is leftover from the production of wine. Known for its berry sweetness and soft notes of honey and caramel, it makes as a perfect aperitif.
This grape-based pomace brandy, Grappa, is aged in barrels with a yellow, reddish hue. Sourced internationally, Grappa contains 35 to 60 % ABV.
