What is OTS Grape?
OTS Grape of also known as “Other Than Standard Grape Wine” is not a spirit, rather a base wine used in wine fortification or Ready-To-Drink Wines. The OTS Grape allows you to produce a wine or RTD through a DSP or winery permit. The OTS Grape uses locally sourced grapes from North California.
The OTS Grape is available in two strength, 20.8% (drums only) and 23% ABV. The OTS Grape is a specialty order product so please reach out to our beverage team to learn more about its availability.
